This is an antique Victorian wind-out dining table made from mahogany. The table features a rectangular top with rounded corners and a moulded edge, supported by four turned and tapered legs on brass castors. It includes a removable central leaf, allowing the table to extend as needed, and retains its original winding mechanism with a handle for easy adjustment. The polished mahogany surface highlights the rich tone and grain of the wood.

The table is in solid and functional condition, with general wear consistent with age and use. The top shows some light surface marks and minor fading on the additional leaf. The mechanism operates well, and the legs are sturdy and well-balanced. The castors are a later addition.
