An Antique Victorian Walnut Library Bookcase Desk ~Delivery Available~

This Victorian walnut library bookcase desk combines a glazed bookcase upper section with a pedestal desk base. The upper section features a moulded cornice above a pair of glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves, while the lower section is fitted with six drawers arranged around a central kneehole and a pull-out writing slide. The piece retains its brass drop handles and panelled sides, with a warm walnut finish throughout.

The desk is in good antique condition with marks, wear, and imperfections consistent with age and use. The shelves in the bookcase section are slightly bowed, meaning they do not sit perfectly flat in position. The bottom left drawer handle has been replaced, and there is general surface wear commensurate with age, including minor scuffs and scratches.
