An Antique Victorian Solid Pine Single Sleigh Bed ~Delivery Available~

This antique Victorian solid pine single sleigh bed is a characterful period piece, featuring attractive curved sleigh-form ends, panelled construction and a warm natural pine finish. The substantial solid timber frame has a wonderfully traditional appearance, with one side left unfinished as it was originally designed to be positioned against a wall.

The bed is in good overall antique condition, with various historic repairs, marks, knocks and dents throughout, all consistent with its age and use. There is also evidence of historic woodworm damage, particularly to some of the side rails, as shown in the photographs. These signs of age form part of the bed’s genuine antique character and should be considered when purchasing. The bed has no slats.
