This antique Victorian tilt top breakfast table is made from mahogany and features an oval top supported on a turned central column with four swept legs, each fitted with brass castors. The top tilts upright on its original mechanism, allowing it to be stored easily when not in use. The mahogany has a rich tone with visible grain, and the overall form is well proportioned and sturdy.

The table is in great condition for its age, with the structure solid and the tilt mechanism working as it should. There is a split to the top, which is clearly visible, along with light surface marks and minor wear consistent with age and use. The base also has some cracks to the mahogany veneer between the leg joints, these do not affect the function of the table. Please review the photos for a full assessment of the condition.
