An Antique Victorian Mahogany Chest of Drawers ~Delivery Available~

This is a beautiful antique Victorian mahogany chest of drawers with attractive figured drawer fronts and a rich warm colour. It has a rectangular top, a decorative shaped apron and bracket feet.

The five drawers are arranged as two short drawers over three long drawers, providing generous storage. Brass ring handles and contrasting pale keyhole surrounds complete the front, with dovetail joints visible in the drawer construction.

The chest is in good structural condition, with marks, scratches, knocks and wear consistent with age and use. There are areas of veneer loss, particularly around the top edge, together with chips and wear around the drawer edges, lower apron and feet, as shown in the photographs.
