The piece is adorned with intricate floral marquetry and cross-banding, with an arched cornice adding to its decorative appeal. Inside, it offers ample storage with hanging space, hooks, and a section of drawers at the base fitted with brass handles. The wardrobe rests on a sturdy plinth base.
The condition is good overall, with age-related wear visible. The polished mahogany finish shows some minor scratches and marks. The mirror is intact but has minor surface blemishes consistent with age. The internal woodwork, including the drawers, is functional, though there are signs of use. This piece is a fine example of Victorian craftsmanship and remains both practical and elegant. The cornice and plinth can be removed, then the right single section can split from the left double section for transport.
