An Antique Style High Quality Pos Titchmarsh and Goodwin Welsh Dresser Sideboard

A substantial high-quality solid oak Welsh dresser, possibly by Titchmarsh & Goodwin, with an impressive traditional country-house appearance. The upper section features open plate/display shelves, decorative shaped fretwork, two small cupboards and drawers, while the lower section provides three drawers above generous cupboard storage. Panelled doors, brass-effect fittings and the richly figured oak give the piece a particularly attractive period-style character.

The dresser is in great overall condition and has clearly been well cared for, with general light signs of use and some noticeable sun bleaching to the front of the timber, as shown in the photographs. The upper section separates from the base, making the piece considerably easier to transport and position.
