This is an antique style early to mid-20th century mahogany bureau desk. The piece features a fall-front writing surface that opens to reveal a fitted interior with pigeonholes and a small central drawer. Below are three serpentine-fronted drawers, each with brass drop handles. The desk stands on four cabriole legs with carved shell detail to the knees and pad feet, giving it a traditional design.

The condition shows wear consistent with age and use. The surface has scratches, scuffs, and areas of fading. The drawers and interior show signs of age, with some marks and wear to the compartments.
