This is an antique late 19th century oak extending dining table, constructed from solid oak with a wind-out mechanism and a pair of removable extension leaves. The table features a rounded rectangular top with attractive oak grain throughout, standing on four turned and carved legs fitted with brass and ceramic castors. The original winding handle is present, and the extension mechanism operates as intended, allowing the table to be adjusted for larger gatherings.

The table is in very good overall condition with minor marks and wear consistent with age and use. The top displays a good colour and patina, with light surface wear visible in places.
