This is a high-quality bow front desk or dressing table made from mahogany, fitted with a total of seven drawers and raised on tapering legs with castors. Each drawer features detailed inlay and brass handles, with the top outlined in fine stringing. The construction is solid throughout with a mahogany veneer, having dovetail joints visible on the drawers, and the interiors lined in a combination of wood and felt.

The piece is in very good overall condition and has been well maintained. There are some minor marks and a few small filled holes on the top surface, likely from a previously attached mirror.
