An Antique Edwardian Mahogany String Inlaid Dressing Table Chest of Drawers

This Edwardian mahogany dressing chest of drawers features string inlay throughout and is fitted with an arrangement of five drawers, including two small jewellery drawers above a pair of short drawers and two long graduated drawers below. The raised back supports a central oval mirror flanked by two adjustable oval side mirrors, with all mirrors set within matching mahogany frames. The chest stands on square tapering legs with castors and retains its original style ring handles.

The chest is in good antique condition with minor marks and wear consistent with age and use. There is a ring mark to the dressing surface, along with light surface wear and small imperfections to the finish. There is also evidence of old worm damage to the back and underside, which has not been active for some time. The drawers run well, and the mirrors remain in good order.
