This is an Edwardian mahogany dressing chest of drawers featuring an oval swing mirror supported by two turned supports with finials. The upper section includes two small drawers with replacement brass cup handles, while the lower section has two short and one long drawer fitted with brass drop handles. The piece stands on tapered legs with castors. The mahogany has a warm polished finish, highlighting the fine grain and craftsmanship typical of the period.

The dressing chest shows age-related wear, including some surface marks, ring stains on the top, and minor scratches. The back panel has evidence of historic woodworm, which has been treated and is now inactive. The mirror shows light ageing but remains clear. The structure is sturdy and in good order overall.
