This is an early 20th-century chest of drawers made from solid satinwood with a warm, golden-brown finish. The piece has a rectangular form with two short drawers over thre full-width drawers, each fitted with matching black shell-style cup handles. The drawer fronts are decorated with simple reeded detailing, and the sides feature framed panels. The top is slightly overhung with a moulded edge, and the base is set on a plinth with bracket-style corners.

The chest shows age-related wear throughout, including scuffs, scratches, and minor surface marks, particularly on the lower plinth and edges. There is visible discolouration on the top and darkening around the drawer edges. All drawers open and close, though alignment varies slightly. No major structural damage is visible.
