An Antique Early 20th Century Possibly Dutch Walnut Double Wardrobe ~Delivery Av
This antique double wardrobe is made from walnut, with a shaped cornice, panelled doors, and a parquetry-style veneer across the front. The wardrobe stands on turned feet and opens to reveal a fitted interior with hanging space to one side and shelving to the other. The doors are fitted with original lock and key and close neatly within the frame.
The condition is good for its age. There is general surface wear throughout, including marks, scratches, and areas of fading consistent with long-term use. Old worm holes are present across the piece; these appear historical, have been filled over time, and show no signs of activity.
