This is a mahogany side or lamp table with a square top and an under-tier shelf, supported on four tapered legs. The table has a simple and functional design, with a plain edge and no additional ornamentation. Made from solid wood, the piece is likely from the early 20th century and offers a compact, practical form.

The table shows heavy surface wear, including numerous dents, scratches and finish loss, particularly across the top and lower shelf. One leg has an old visible repair, and there is discolouration and rubbing to the lower portions of the legs. These signs of age contribute to the worn appearance of the piece.
