This is an early 20th century extending dining table made from mahogany. The table has an oval top with a reeded edge and stands on four carved legs with ball and claw feet and castors. It is designed to extend using one additional leaf, which is included, allowing the table to be used at different lengths. The finish shows the natural grain of the mahogany, and the table has a solid and well-proportioned form.
The table is in excellent used condition and has been well looked after. There is no original winding handle present; however, a 12mm socket fits the mechanism, and replacement winders are available to purchase online. There are only minor signs of age-related wear consistent with use, with no obvious structural issues noted. Please review the photos for a full assessment of the condition.
