An antique early 20th century flame mahogany bookcase display cabinet. The cabinet features a central cupboard with a flame mahogany veneered door, flanked by two glazed display sections with shaped astragal glazing bars and removable shelving. Decorative details include an oval flame mahogany panel to the upper centre, a carved moulding beneath, brass drop handles, and shaped cabriole-style front legs. The cabinet displays attractive flame mahogany figuring throughout, particularly to the central door panels.

The cabinet is presented in excellent condition and appears to have been well cared for. The veneers are in good order with a rich colour and pleasing grain pattern, while the glass panels, shelves, and fittings remain clean and intact.
