An Antique Art Deco Birds Eye Maple Twin Pedestal Desk ~Delivery Available~

This is an Art Deco twin pedestal desk in bird’s eye maple. The desk has a central drawer above a kneehole space, flanked by cupboards with doors that open to reveal sets of drawers on each side. The design is finished with contrasting darker wood banding and fitted with shaped handles. The figured maple veneer gives the piece its distinctive decorative appearance.

The desk is in used condition with visible signs of wear. The surface shows scratches, marks and areas of veneer lifting, particularly on the top. The handles and hinges are intact and the drawers open and close as intended. Some small chips and scuffs are present to the edges, consistent with age and use.
