This is an antique early 20th-century oak twin pedestal desk featuring a red felt top. The desk has a central drawer with two additional drawers on either side, along with cupboard storage in the left pedestal, and three drawers in the right pedestal. The oak construction is solid, with detailed panelling on the cupboard doors and original brass handles. The turned feet and stretcher base add to its sturdy design and classic aesthetic. There is one key that locks the two smaller drawers.
 
The desk shows wear consistent with its age, particularly on the felt surface, which has minor stains and marks show in the pictures. The oak wood has some surface scuffs and scratches, particularly around the edges and drawer fronts. The drawers and cupboard doors are fully functional, though some of the hardware shows light tarnishing. Despite its wear, the desk remains in good overall condition and would be suitable for everyday use.
