This is an antique early 20th Century twin pedestal desk crafted from golden oak, featuring a red tooled leather writing surface with decorative gold detailing. The desk includes nine drawers with round wooden handles, providing substantial storage. The pedestals sit on a plinth base, and the desk separates into three sections for transportation.

The desk shows signs of age and use, including wear to the wood finish, scuffs, losses, and scratches throughout, shown in the pictures. The leather top has marks, fading, and areas of damage along the edges. Some of the drawer fronts have gaps, and the handles show wear consistent with use. The trim is missing on the sides towards the back. Despite these imperfections, the desk remains structurally sturdy and retains its period charm.
