An Antique Comphur Wood Mid 20th Century Coffer Blanket Box ~Delivery Available~

This mid-20th century coffer is made from camphor wood and features intricate hand-carved scenes of landscapes and ships on the front and top panels. The craftsmanship highlights a combination of detailed carvings and a warm wood tone, with decorative brass hardware adding an elegant touch. The interior is spacious, making it ideal for use as a blanket box or general storage.
 
The coffer is in good condition with some minor signs of age and use. The brass latch is missing one side where a lock would have once been (see pictures) but this doesn't affect the function of the chest. The inside of the box is clean, with the natural wood grain visible throughout.
